Includes: Leg Stretch; Push Up & Dip Station; Triple Pull Up; Leg Lift Station; Double Sit Up Boards; Seated Leg Press; Horizontal Ladder; Seated Chest Press; and Pull Down Challenger.
May require safer surfacing around the Horizontal Ladder.
