It's like arm wrestling but with a built in handicap/advantage. Two people compete with each other to turn their wheel against their opposite number. Different sized wheels provide slightly different exercises or allows people of unequal strength to compete with each other. This item is fun to use and encourages social interaction. However it can also be used singularly as an arm and shoulder stretching exercise.
