Sit-ups are achieved by putting the users feet under the beam and doing their sit-up.
Press-ups can be done either by putting the feet onto the beam and hands onto the rubber tiles, or by putting the hands onto the beam and doing the press-ups in this manner.
This item works well either as a ‘stand-alone’ item or as part of an ‘assault course’ style circuit to give the benefit of a cardio-vascular workout.
