Project Overview

Following the successful completion of the first phase in 2024, PlayQuest Adventure Play were delighted to return to South Kelsey to deliver a second phase of works for South Kelsey & Moortown Parish Council. This tender involved the design, supply, and installation of new play and outdoor fitness equipment to further enhance the park’s facilities for local families and visitors.

Description of Works

The project included the supply and installation of:

• A Toddler Town play structure made from recycled plastic

• 6 pieces of Outdoor Gym Equipment

• 2 Springer Rockers

• An Encounter 19 Shelter

• 2 Football Goals and Nets

This blend of imaginative play and active fitness equipment was designed to ensure the park could be enjoyed by a wide range of ages – encouraging both physical activity and community engagement.

From Tender to Transformation

Winning the second tender was a testament to the success of the first phase. Our team worked closely with the Parish Council to ensure the new installations complemented the existing layout, maximising space while maintaining the park’s natural setting.

Within just seven days, the area was transformed – from open green space into a vibrant community hub featuring inclusive play opportunities and modern outdoor gym facilities. The use of recycled materials underlines our continued commitment to sustainability, while the addition of seating and shelter ensures the space can be enjoyed all year round.
